Our collaboration

Partnering with ImmoScout24, a front-runner in Germany's real estate market, our collaboration centered on empowering the ImmoScout24 Finance Team with cutting-edge Design Thinking and Product Discovery methodologies.

Our shared goal was to revolutionize the homebuying experience, enhancing efficiency and convenience for all stakeholders.

ImmoScout24 faced the challenge of streamlining complex, multi-party interactions and transactions in the homebuying process.

The existing system was fragmented, often leading to inefficiencies and a suboptimal user experience for all stakeholders involved, such as homebuyers and owners, as well as real estate agents, brokers and banks.

Our Approach:

Leveraging our expertise in Design Thinking and Product Leadership we worked closely with a cross functional ImmoScout24 Team. Our approach involved:

  • Deep-Dive Workshops & Qualitative Research: Engaging in collaborative workshops to understand the nuances of the real estate market and the specific needs of various stakeholders.
  • User-Centric Design: Focusing on the end-users, we mapped out the homebuying journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for innovation of digital products and services.
  • Iterative Prototyping: Rapidly developing and refining prototypes to visualize the proposed solutions and gather feedback.
